QA/QC Introduction
Quality control is very important to Fitness Manufacturing Partners. We take multiple steps to ensure the quality of our products are to the specifications our customers demand.Each factory has a quality control staff which oversees the manufacturing of the products. A checklist is outlined for each product manufactured. This checklist will include the testing or inspection in various steps of the manufacturing of the product-materials, assembly, product packaging and container loading.
Fitness Manufacturing Partners also has a team of quality control managers which travel between the factory locations to make sure each quality control process is followed. This team is part of the account management office in China- they work directly with our account managers to understand the needs of each product. These quality control managers are in place to ensure each item is manufactured in accordance to the specifications.
Test Equipment and Facilities

Description:Exercise Balls sit for 24hrs. We check to make sure the air is staying in the ball and there is no leakage. Balls are then checked for any flaws before packaging.

Description:Initial test of Dumbbells. If not perfect then the material is cut off and re-dipped

Description:Kettlebells waiting for initial QC check. If they pass then they are packaged in shipping carton.
